As we end 3rd quarter and begin the 4th quarter of the school year, it is time for 2nd graders to begin learning about life cycles!!! This is a most exciting part of the school year because they get to see tadpoles turn into frogs, caterpillars turn in the butterflies and eggs hatch into little chicks. So today we learned all about the parts of the egg. The parts we can't see through the shell. The parts that we are usually whipping up in the kitchen and not paying close attention to. Next time they are in the STEM Lab we will be starting another EGGcellent STEM activity!
